Important rules and procedures for exam day
Arrival Timing: Arrive ~1 hour before the exam
For verification of admit card and original ID (national ID, citizenship, passport, or driver's license). No entry after 15 minutes of exam commencement. Candidates may leave after 1 hour.
Prohibited Items:
Electronic devices (phones, calculators, smart watches), jewelry, or any unauthorized materials are not allowed. Name on admit card must match ID exactly.

Information on results and re-examination
Result Publication:
Results are published on the same day in the evening on the NNC notice board and website (www.nnc.org.np), unless there are technical issues. No individual notifications are provided.
Re-examination Policy:
Candidates who fail can apply for the next exam, conducted three times a year. New application and fee are required.
Steps to obtain your professional certificate
Application:
After passing NLEN, apply for registration to get registration license via the NNC portal with a fee of NPR 1,200 paid through eSewa.

Submit original documents during certificate collection for verification.

Candidates who studied abroad after October 1, 2020, need an eligibility letter from the Medical Education Commission.
